We have two different options for elder law appointments. One is where we are looking at advanced planning so that you can look at qualifying for Medicaid in the future. There are rules and a 5 year lookback.
For the other option, it’s an elder law crisis meeting. This is a little more involved as there is a lot of educating on the what ifs. We talk about spend-down and other ways to preserve assets.
These can be highly individualized meetings as circumstances vary so much between clients.
