On Friday, October 9th, Attorney, Paula Mattson-Sarli talks about Election day and Orphan's court.
There are three judges that sit on the panel of the Orphan’s Court. Two seats are a result of a removal from the Supreme court of Maryland and the third from a disciplinary panel. So we could potentially have all 3 new judges or possibly just 2 and 1 returning.
There is also a register of wills vote current in Anne Arundel county. It is important to do your research and make the vote that feels right to you.
Unfortunately, AA county has had scandals occur in our register of wills and orphan’s court. However, we are hopeful for the future.
