Family Harmony is often a goal of estate planning. This isn’t something we can control as emotions come up when looking at who was chosen as agents.

Some family member have differing opinions on will versus trust and if deeds are a factor. However, in the planning phases, the client is the only opinion we follow.

Transparency is often the best way, but we understand that doesn’t always make sense in certain families.

A written plan not only for death, but also incapacity.
