FAQ Friday: Recommendations

Friday, December 19th, Paralegal, Arianna Walker, talks about Trust Funding recommendations.

If you have our office prepare a Trust for your family, the most important thing we will stress to you is that you need to make sure it is funded afterwards.

We will prepare each step in a checklist to ensure that nothing is missed. If you sign up for trust maintenance we will continue to reference this checklist during our attorney-client relationship.

Another positive note on the recommendations list is that it can be very helpful for your executor or trustee to reference after your passing.
