FAQ Friday: Updates before a medical procedure

On Friday, March 1st, Attorney Steven Berger discusses updating your estate planning documents when you have a medical procedure.

Mr. Berger had a heart valve replacement and updated his documents before he went in, shared his experience here.

He was supposed to stay for one night but ended up staying for three. There was three months of prep.

Mr. Berger updated his trust after 12 years and also updating health care documents with fresh instructions. It felt relieving to have it behind them, but being prepared was important.
