She is here to answer the following question: “Do I need an attorney to make changes to my Will or Trust”? Short answer is yes.

You don’t want to risk making any mistakes or errors. You can’t write on your documents, take a page out or adding something in. These can invalidate your document completely.

You may not even need to change your document to address making certain changes as they can possibly be addressed in beneficiary designations.
